When I received my KCPE results, I was at the top of my class, but instead of celebrating, I worried. I knew my parents could not afford the fees for a national school. Kaki Foundation stepped in and made it possible for me to continue my education without interruption. Today, I have completed high school and am preparing to pursue a career in medicine.

Being the first in my family to attend high school carried both pride and pressure. Without financial support, that dream might have ended early. Kaki Foundation made it possible for me to complete high school in 2025. Now, I am working toward a future in cybersecurity, determined to uplift my family and community.

Community Impact

Our work goes beyond the individual student. When a Kaki Scholar succeeds, the impact spreads:

  • Family Stability: Relieving the burden of high school fees allows families to invest in health and nutrition for younger siblings.
  • Inspiration: Our scholars serve as role models in their villages, proving that academic hard work leads to real opportunity.
  • Economic Contribution: By completing secondary school, our graduates are positioned to enter the workforce as skilled, high-earning individuals.
